bathing beauties. . .

I'm only a month into my new blogging adventure, and I've already broken my own cardinal rule of blogging. . .never forget the camera.  I took Maeve and Maude to the dog park tonight (camera opportunity #1) where I could have captured Maeve's FOD pursuit in action.  Today Maeve selected Heidi to be her FOD. . .although I'm almost certain that the feeling wasn't mutual.  After the dog park we went to The Dog Salon for Maeve's first nail trimming experience (camera opportunity #2) where they actually used a dremel to file her nails.  While at the dog salon, I decided to take advantage of their self-service wash for both Maeve and Maude (camera opportunity #3).  Based on the way they both reacted to the 'high velocity dryer', you would have thought I was the big bad wolf blowing the house down and Maeve and Maude were the little pigs stuck inside as they both backed into the corner of the tub and shook (camera opportunity #4).  So. . .I learned my lesson and the camera will be joining me on all future excursion so that not one photo opp will be missed.
